Request Initial Evaluation
Every classic vehicle entrusted to us for care is subject to a mandatory evaluation during its initial visit. This evaluation involves a series of thorough inspections and tests, including a road test, under-hood and under-vehicle evaluations, brake system assessments, and more. You can customize the inspection to focus on the service items and specific evaluation options that your classic car needs the most. This estimate serves as a vital starting point to understand your classic car’s condition better and create a customized service plan aligned with your car’s status and long-term goals.

Personalized Consultation
After reviewing your information, we’ll reach out via email to schedule an initial phone consultation. Our primary goal is to deeply understand your vehicle’s unique needs and your vision for it. After the consultation, we’ll provide you with an initial estimate covering the cost of evaluations needed to assess your vehicle’s immediate needs.
Whether your classic car is a cherished trailer queen or a participant in thrilling cross-country races, we’re committed to comprehending your expectations and tailoring a service plan that aligns perfectly.
Step 3
Reserving Your Spot
Once you’ve approved the estimate, we’ll schedule your vehicle based on your availability and our next opening. To ensure every classic car receives the attention it deserves, we maintain a waiting list. Wait times vary (6-8 weeks on average) depending on service complexity and current workload.
To secure your spot in our restoration queue, we require a non-refundable deposit of $250 from first-time clients. This deposit will be applied to your first invoice, ensuring a smooth start to your classic car’s journey with us.

Smooth Transition to Our Care
Before your drop-off date, our team will confirm the appointment and provide the necessary instructions. Simply arrive at our facility, and if transportation assistance is needed, our staff is ready to help. During drop-off, we’ll conduct a brief intake process, documenting your vehicle’s condition and addressing specific concerns before the evaluation begins. Please ensure that your classic car has a valid registration and proof of insurance for the drop-off.
