Just as much as you are looking for the right shop to manage your expectations, we are looking for the right clients who align with our expectations of what a quality build represents.

Consultation Request
The first step is to express your interest and provide us with some essential project details. Please fill out our user-friendly consultation request form below, and we will be in touch within 7 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email; please refrain from calling before the 7 days are up. We are diligently gathering information and conducting research to ensure we have an educated
Initial Consultation
Upon receiving your request, we’ll promptly schedule an initial consultation to delve deeper into your project. This vital meeting allows us to discuss your vision, goals, and budget in greater detail, ensuring a clear understanding of your objectives. To initiate this process and secure your commitment, we require a non-refundable deposit of $2500. This deposit will be applied to your first invoice, demonstrating your dedication to moving forward and helping us efficiently allocate our resources.
Define Your Vision
With your vision in mind, we’ll work closely with you to define every aspect of your project. This includes selecting the make and model, customizations, and any specific requirements you have in mind. Your input is instrumental in shaping the final product. We want to know if you plan to drive the vehicle regularly or if you want to compete at shows, and to what level of automotive shows. Do you aim to win national awards or simply garner attention at every event you attend? Is originality important to you, or do you want the car to fit you like a well-tailored suit?
Project Proposal
Based on our discussions, we’ll prepare a detailed project proposal that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and estimated costs. This proposal ensures that we’re aligned with your vision before we proceed. Please note that while the proposal will include an estimated cost, it has been our experience that vehicles rarely go as planned. A more accurate proposal can only be created after the vehicle is fully disassembled and stripped. We will plan to revisit this proposal after the vehicle has undergone these initial steps and make adjustments if needed.
Setting Expectations
Before filling out the build request form, please note:
- Estimating a start time: We usually have a waiting period of 12 to 18 months before the first phase of repairs can begin. In this time, we initiate the process by disassembling your entire vehicle to populate a list of parts needed. We then strip the entire vehicle down to bare metal to expose what we are truly up against. We will then provide you with an updated service proposal. This allows you to get the ball rolling instead of waiting 18 months just to find out if your current vehicle is worth investing the time into. If we need to find a donor vehicle or hard-to-find parts, all of this is addressed at the beginning before the substantial restoration work begins. Once we have gathered the bulk of everything we need, that’s when the true progress begins. In conclusion, while we have a backlog for when work can start, it is important to determine if your project is a good candidate. This way, when an opening in our schedule presents itself, we can efficiently move your project to the finish line.
