  • 1963 23 Window Bus

    The owner of this rare 1963 Volkswagen Type 2, 23 Window Bus brought it to us to check it out after another shop did what they called a “full restoration”. Rust was already starting to bubble up under the paint after less than a year. After realizing what had (or rather, hadn’t) been done to it, the customer decided that he would like us to redo the restoration. After stripping the body, we found a lot of body filler covering rust, dents, and improper panel patches – almost an inch thick in some places.

  • 1967 Pontiac Firebird

    The owner of this 1967 Firebird convertible bought the car sight-unseen. He brought the car to our shop to have us replace the wire harness and do a mechanical inspection. Upon removing the carpet, we discovered that the rusted floors had been repaired with fiberglass. The customer then asked us to dig deeper to see just how far the rust had gone. The car is currently undergoing a complete restoration.

  • 1971 Datsun 240Z

    This vehicle, which has always resided in Florida is in excellent condition compared to other Datsun 240Z's which are often found rusted out. The owner bought this (nearly) rust-free car as a project destined for a performance build. Being mechanically inclined, the customer is going to be doing all the assembly and upgrades but wanted us to take care of the body restoration.
